Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Lower the heat, add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Gradually add reserved pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
  4. Toss drained spaghetti into the skillet, mixing until coated in the creamy sauce. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
