  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and artichoke hearts, cooking until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir cooked gnocchi into the skillet with spinach and artichokes. Pour the creamy sauce over the mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
