  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Soy sauce for dipping

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold into triangles, and press to seal tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry wontons in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
