  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (3-4 minutes). Let cool slightly.
