  • 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds. Place them cut-side up in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and hot sauce until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each pepper, packing it tightly.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until slightly browned.
  6. Cool slightly before serving and garnish with extra herbs if desired.
