  • 1 cup freshly grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
