  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger root, grated
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour over the garlic mixture; bring to a simmer.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; toss to coat in sauce. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
