  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels (about 2 ears)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
