Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the marinade over them. Let it marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Brush with additional marinade halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the fillets before plating.
