  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. In a bowl, mix cheese, vegetables, meat, and beaten eggs; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on half of each rectangle. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
