  • 23 Thai chili peppers, sliced (adjust for heat)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced

Instructions
