  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 8 rice paper wrappers

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust for heat preference)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in soy sauce and chili sauce.
  2. Mix in shredded carrots and cucumber with the cooked beef. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Soften rice paper wrappers by dipping them in warm water for about five seconds. Lay flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place a small amount of the beef filling and fresh Thai basil on each wrapper. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom.
