  • 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil)
  • 1 cup lobster meat (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp and lobster meat. Cook until shrimp is pink; remove from heat and stir in spinach until wilted.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and white wine. Simmer for about five minutes until slightly thickened; season with salt and pepper.
  4. In the greased baking dish, layer as follows: spread a layer of cream sauce, place three lasagna noodles, half of the ricotta cheese, then half of the seafood filling. Repeat layers finishing with noodles topped with remaining cream sauce and grated Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
