  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 12 tsp red food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls; add red food coloring to one bowl until desired color is reached.
  5. Pour half of the dark chocolate mixture into the prepared dish, spoon dollops of the red fudge on top, then follow with the remaining dark chocolate mixture. Swirl gently using a knife for a marbled effect.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
