  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and springy.

  5. Once cooled, place the cake on a powdered sugar-dusted towel, spread the filling, and roll tightly using the towel for support.
