  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cups medium shell pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook shell pasta until al dente as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss sirloin pieces with Cajun seasoning; let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Sear seasoned steak bites for 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir in cheeses until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet; toss to combine and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
