  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream softened butter in another bowl until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and grated apples.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture gradually; mix until just combined.
