  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned diced chicken until golden brown; shred once cooled.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, spinach, half of each cheese, and some Alfredo sauce until well combined.
  5. Spread two tablespoons of filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, top with leftover cheeses, then bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
