Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, oil, and eggs until smooth; combine with dry ingredients without overmixing.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping made from 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tbsp cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
