  • 1 packet taco seasoning (about 1 oz)
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • ½ cup salsa (mild or spicy)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions. Set aside.
  3. Place one tortilla on the prepared baking sheet and spread half of the refried beans over it. Top with half of the seasoned beef.
  4. Add another tortilla on top, spread salsa evenly, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat steps 3-4 for a second pizza layer.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
