  • 6 oz crab meat, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into triangles, pressing to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry wontons in batches for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
