  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thinly against the grain
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt half of the butter. Add the seasoned steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Lower heat to medium, add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir constantly until slightly thickened, around 3-4 minutes.

  5. Serve hot, garnished with additional Cajun seasoning or parsley if desired.
