  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Roll out and fit into a pie pan; chill.

  3. Pour filling into chilled crust; spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly wobbly.
