  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat medium-high and sear the seasoned steak for 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Lower the skillet heat, melt butter, and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add rigatoni and sliced steak to the skillet; stir in heavy cream and half the reserved pasta water.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan until melted; adjust with additional pasta water if needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
