  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each into a ball and place in a greased muffin tin.
  6. Cover the muffin tin with plastic wrap and let rise for another 30 minutes until puffy.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake muffins for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
