  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in the blanched green beans until coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with half of the French fried onions.
