  • 6 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing mix, minced garlic, olive oil, and parmesan until combined.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers with space between each piece.
