  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  4. Place the seasoned pork chops in the baking dish and pour half of the glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), basting with remaining glaze halfway through.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with any leftover sauce from the baking dish.
