  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1/2 cup chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until combined. Gradually add this to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for five minutes before inverting onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in crushed Oreos and chopped Ferrero Rocher.
  7. Spread filling evenly over cooled cake, roll it up using the towel for assistance, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
