  • 8 cups day-old brioche bread, cubed
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Arrange brioche cubes in the greased baking dish evenly.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour over the bread cubes.
