  • 1 ½ cups fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 8 fresh sage leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add pumpkin puree, nutmeg, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread the pumpkin sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
