Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sirloin steak, sliced thinly
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (preferably low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the steak against the grain. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them. Chop bell peppers and slice green onions.
  2. 2. Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and toss with a splash of oil.
  3. 3. Sauté Vegetables: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add bell peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Cook Steak and Shrimp: Push the veggies to one side, add steak to the pan, cooking for about 3 minutes until browned. Then add shrimp; stir until they turn pink (about 2 minutes).
  5. 5. Combine with Noodles: Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the skillet. Toss everything together for an additional 2 minutes until heated through. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
