  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken breasts on it. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for a few minutes before shredding.
