  • 2 ripe mangoes (about 2 cups sliced)
  • 2 English cucumbers (about 2 cups sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and slicing the mangoes into thin strips, cucumbers into half-moons, and dicing the red bell pepper. Chop the cilantro.
