  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, oregano, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs bake, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve baked meatballs hot with tzatziki sauce on the side.
