  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if using.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. Brush this mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  4. Spread the pumpkin puree evenly over the dough, leaving about half an inch around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pumpkin layer, followed by grated Parmesan and chopped sage leaves.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve hot.
