  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
  • 10 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Let cool and shred.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, green onions, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  3. Place about two tablespoons of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
  4. Arrange taquitos seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with sour cream.
