  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits
  • 12 pimento-stuffed olives
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, and bacon bits until well blended.
