  • 10 cloves fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry. Season generously inside and out with salt and pepper.
  2. Place 5 cloves of garlic inside the cavity. Crush the remaining cloves and spread them under the skin for added flavor.
