  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 cup shredded napa cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 20 gyoza wrappers
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce for dipping sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar for dipping sauce
  • 1 tsp chili oil (optional) for dipping sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing ground pork, green onions, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until blended.
  2. Take a gyoza wrapper and place about one tablespoon of filling in the center. Moisten edges with water, fold in half, and seal tightly.
  3. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add gyoza and fry for about three minutes until golden brown.
  4. Pour in half a cup of water and cover the skillet to steam for five minutes.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
